End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Introduction
Welcome to House Of Talentt! This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and VCS Organization ("Entity", "we", "us", or "our") for using our mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this EULA, as well as our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.
2. License Grant
2.1 License: Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Illegal Activities: Any activity that contravenes local, national, or international laws and regulations.
- Harmful Conduct: Actions that may harm, disrupt, or negatively impact the app, its infrastructure, other users, or third parties.
- Unauthorized Use: Engaging in activities that exceed your authorized use of the app.
- Content Violations: Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
- Security Breaches: Attempting to breach or compromise the app's security measures.
- Fraudulent Behaviour: Any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
3. User Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old. If under 18, you may only use the App with parental or guardian consent.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
4. User Content
- Ownership and License: You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights. You must comply with our Content Policy and Community Guidelines.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App for any reason, with or without notice, if you violate this EULA or the Terms.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 "As Is" Basis
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including its accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

The App may contain links to third-party content, services, or websites. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party content or services. Your interactions with third-party content are at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us against any liability arising from your use of the App or violation of this EULA.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of India.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
