Content Policy

1. Content License and Ownership

• License Grant: By posting any content on or through the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the App and its promotion. This license allows us to use your content in any media formats and through any media channels.
• No Compensation: You agree that posting content on the App does not entitle you to any compensation or share in revenue generated from the content.
• Use of Personal Attributes: When you generate content, you also grant us, our affiliates, and our business partners the unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual right and license to use your name, likeness, and voice.

2. Content Responsibility and Compliance

Content Ownership and Rights

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content you post or have the rights to grant the license described above.
• Your content does not violate any privacy rights, copyrights, contractual rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person.
• Posting your content does not breach any contract with third parties.
• Your actions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to post, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share content that:

• Belongs to another person without authorization.
• Is grossly harmful, harassing, profane, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of privacy, insulting, or discriminatory based on gender, race, or other characteristics.
• Harms minors in any way.
• Infringes on patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights.
• Violates any laws in force.
• Deceives or misleads others, including providing false or misleading information.
• Impersonates another person. Content that uses deepfake technology or other forms of media manipulation to deceive, mislead, or impersonate individuals is prohibited.
• Contains software viruses or other harmful code designed to disrupt or damage computer systems.
• Threatens national security, public order, or the sovereignty of any nation, or promotes violence or discrimination.
• Contains threats of physical violence or is slanderous.
• Generates hatred or hate propaganda on the basis of religion, caste, ethnicity, community, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
• Posts or misuses personal content or data of another individual without express consent.
• Depicts or relates to physical, mental, sexual, or psychological maltreatment, neglect, or abuse, including material that glorifies self-harm, self-injury, or suicide.
• Depicts shocking or sadistic acts of animal abuse, including slaughtering, dismemberment, mutilation, burning, or other forms of cruelty.
• Is patently false and intended to mislead or harass individuals for financial gain or to cause harm.

3. Enforcement and Liability

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences arising from it. We do not assume any liability for user-generated content.
• Reporting and Moderation: Users can report content that violates this policy. Content found to be in breach may be removed, and the responsible user may face account suspension or other appropriate actions.
• Policy Changes: We may update these guidelines periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes.
